DealDash 411 - Good Morning Deal Dashers

Hopefully everyone had a safe 4th of July, without illegal fireworks (if they are illegal in your area) landing in your backyard, DUI's or any drunk bikini beach cruiser bike crashes. Alot of Newbies showed up yesterday and through the weekend and the usual suspects cleaned up at the DealDash auctions in that last few late nights. I think pshah2 scored the best win at $.02 they got some diamond earrings. Can't beat that! Dahan scored an Xbox Kinect thing, but no surprise there - Dahan won the 600 bid auction not long ago, so of course he's going to hang in there.

I'm on the lookout for the new NAME OF THE WEEK - if you have any suggestions please comment. I also have to get some thoughts out about some of the Newbie UserNames and strategies. I've seen all kinds of nonsense this weekend that must be discussed.

  1. oh and remysmom is back in the bids - after a dedicating a full weekend to remy, she's back to kick some DD butt.

  2. Saul1943, a Newbie from today, is in there bidding on cameras and ipod shuffles. Don't you just love the name Saul? It just reminds me of a grandparent's name. The really nice grandpa that sneaks you candy and ice cream, and then grandma yells "Saauull! Don't do that they'll be up all night!" And then he winks at you. Sau1943 - please do your DD math

  3. newbie 999bidsleft is trying his hand at Big Style Intimidation...remember (from terminology at bottom of blog), this is when a player goes down the row of running auctions and clicks on every single auction. I think they just really want to see their name up there all at once. Classic Newbie over-excitement or over confidence. After doing this all day, 999bidsleft will have 9bidsleft. And, since i love analyzing UserNames - 999bidsleft: I don't think this is doing you any good at all. If anything, it's annoying because the moment we watch you bid, we know you have less that 999 bids left. So even if you did, i don't think anyone is going to believe that for a minute. I give that UserName a C+.

  5. Jarod4747 just won 60 bids, so jarod is now camped out on the 300 bid auction, trying to Strong Arm the competition into backing down. however, he's already burned through the 60 bids he just won (actually less because it cost him Round 15 to win the 60), and now i think he is over confident. Again, the MATH is what counts..he's burned through close to 80 bids on the 300...

  6. Newbie bioxy (a newbie from today) keeps bidding against jarod4747 and they are completely having an Ego Problem..I'm guessing (that's right guessing)...bio xy - biologist or science person, xy meaning genetics. So i think bioxy could be a geneticist and so i'm pretty certain he thought out the math on DealDash. maybe he is trying to get Jarod4747 to burn through his bids....or he just has an ego problem too

  7. Now jarod threw in the hat, but bioxy, who based on the avatar is a woman is battling Ego games with bfrswife20 (remember beefer's wife?). it's a complete cat fight!!

  8. Now our geneticist is using Big Style Intimidation...it can't end well...pennywiser is in one of those auctions and pennywiser is a great player. I think bioxy might be our newest Out of Control/Over Confident Newbie. Yup. Both.

  9. well either bioxy ran out of bids, or there is some type of emergency in the lab...something no one wants to talk about because it's top secret genetic problem...

  12. As you start your search for security cameras you will see security cameras that cost $100 and security cameras that cost $3500. In addition, all camera manufacturers will state their cameras produce the best picture quality under any circumstance. The truth is, just like everything else in life, you get what you pay for. Dash Cameras
